Booking for any group size for afternoon tea is essential but we do not accept
bookings for groups of less than 12 for breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake. Bookings for available services can be made on our restaurant page.

We are located on the A96 3 miles east of Elgin, just outside the village of
Lhanbryde. When travelling on the A96 towards Aberdeen from Elgin, we are directly at the roadside on the right, you can’t miss us.

Yes, we love dogs and we welcome you to join us with your furry friends in our
marquee at the front of the building. Please note that we do not allow dogs into the
garden centre, inside restaurant, plant area or playpark.

Monday- Saturday breakfast is served from 9-11.30 a.m.

Sunday breakfast is served 9.30-11.30 a.m.
Lunch is served 7 days 12- 3.30 

The restaurant opens in line with the breakfast service start times and closes daily at 5 p.m

Last service for coffee & cake is 4.40 p.m. 7 days.

Due to an extremely high volume of requests, we regret we can only offer assistance to those fundraising for our main charity, Clan Cancer Support. Threaplands gift cards are valid for 2 years from validation date (Usually the date of

Yes, we have a large car park with ample space for motorhomes, caravans and
coaches.

Yes, we welcome self-contained motorhomes for single overnight stays with a £10 fee which we will return to you in form of a £10 voucher to spend in our restaurant before you leave. This must be booked in advance either by email to ben@threaplands.com or simply by popping into the Garden centre before 5 p.m. on the day of your stay. Please note, bins are not provided for any waste, We do not offer any toilets, showers, refuse, waste or water facilities. You are however welcome to use the toilets within the garden centre during opening hours.

We regret we cannot order specific “one off” plants but we are happy to support
“bulk” purchases where large volumes of plants are required.

Yes, we can source turf but do not hold it in stock. Weather dependent we can order
turf for Tuesdays & Thursdays. We require a minimum quantity of 40 rolls for direct
home delivery but can group orders to allow collection from the garden centre.

Yes, although we do not have display models at the garden centre, we can order a huge selection of timber products from trellis and fence panels to bin storage and
sheds plus have them delivered directly to your home. We can also arrange for these
to be built to ensure a hassle-free installation.

Yes & No, we can order bulk bags of gravel but we have specifically tailored our in
store small bag deal to make buying multiple small bags either the same cost or
cheaper than buying bulk bags. We do not offer bulk compost or bark but again, our
bag deals are exceptional value when bought in volume. Don’t want to put multiple bags in your car? Don’t worry, we offer delivery from just £5 so let us do the lifting.
