Threaplands Rewards Scheme Terms & Conditions:

By registering and participating in Threaplands Family
Membership, you confirm that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please read
these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before downloading the Threaplands
app. We take the privacy of your data very seriously and will use your data in
the following way while you are a Threaplands Loyalty member:

Depending on the marketing preferences you select on
sign-up, we may contact you by e-mail, text message or postal mail with
communications related to Threaplands Garden Centre. You can amend these
preferences within the app at any time.

We may use your previous purchase history, obtained when you
shop with us, to tailor our communications.

To be a Threaplands Rewards member you must be a UK mainland
resident, aged 18 years or over and have a UK email address. The Threaplands
App can be used within the garden centre & restaurant. Please note, all
relevant sections of the registration form must be completed in full before
your sign-up is complete. You can terminate your account within the loyalty app
at any time.

Your welcome offer will arrive approximately 5 hours after
sign up. To receive your FREE birthday cake you must have registered for the
App a minimum of 1 week before your birthday. 

As a Threaplands Rewards member you will receive 1 point for
every £1 spent in the restaurant & Garden centre (in store only) excluding purchases of
Gift Cards, Fuels and special order items. Points do not hold a monetary value
and are used for reward purposes only. Points balance will be reduced to 0
annually with new rewards introduced each year.

The Threaplands Rewards scheme and subsequent App/ Reward
cards are promoted by Threaplands Ltd, Lhanbryde, Elgin, Moray, IV30 8LN



The Threaplands Family App and any resulting vouchers/ discounts can only be
used by the member who is named and registered on the app account. Threaplands
Garden Centre may refuse an application for any reason and reserve the right to
merge or close additional accounts at any time. You must keep us informed of
any changes to your personal or membership details. We will not be responsible
for any loss of vouchers or benefits resulting from details being out of date
or inaccurate. We may, at our discretion, decline to issue, withdraw, or remove
member vouchers, or invitations on the app at any time where a member appears
to have breached the terms, or behaved in an inappropriate, misleading or
abusive manner.



The Threaplands Family App/ card scheme is open to individuals only and is not
available to a group or club. Offers are not transferable or resaleable.



Vouchers or coupons are valid only for the dates specified, must be used in
conjunction with the App and will not be valid after this date.



All products and services featured as part of the Threaplands Rewards App are
subject to availability and prices in store or online may vary.



Promotional coupons or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other
offer in-store unless otherwise stated and can only be used on the products
stated, even where alternative products have the equivalent value.



Particular rewards or offers may have their own particular terms &
conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms &
Conditions.



Threaplands Garden Centre reserves the right to cancel any/ all Threaplands
Rewards accounts and any benefits attributed to it at any time, by giving 3
months’ notice.



Threaplands Garden Centre reserves the right to vary the level/value of offers
or benefits at any time and without notification.



If no transaction occurs in any 12-month period, we may terminate your account
at our discretion.



Nothing in the terms & conditions shall limit or exclude Threaplands Garden
Centre’s liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of
which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions
affects your statutory rights).



Threaplands Garden Centre is committed to protecting your privacy. Your
personal information is collected and processed only in accordance with the
administration of our loyalty scheme. Threaplands Garden Centre adheres to
all current Data Protection Regulations.

 

By entering our loyalty program you are opting in to receive
marketing information. Please note you can "opt out" at any time upon
receipt of marketing emails.

You can remove it at any time following these steps:

Step 1: Log into the app

Step 2: Go to the Account icon

Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete
Account’

Step 5: Enter App password, and tap delete.

Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.

Please note: deleting the app from your device does not
delete your account and you will continue to receive marketing based on your
preferences. Should you have deleted the app and wish to delete your account,
please contact us by email to ben@threaplands.com and we will assist with
deletion of your account.
